The network folder ... Problem

After A little searching found the Problem ...
"The network folder specified is currently mapped using a different user name and password."
The Fix
1. start-> Run -> cmd
2.on the dos prompt type Net USE
3.if u have on the list a network drive mapped to the host u are trying to reach u need to delete all those entries
4.type NET USE * /DELETE -> yes
